Suddenly, when trying to access one of my local HDD, I get this error:

missing codepage or helper program, or
I get this error in my log when I start up Xposed. The odd thing is that it even says it's installed and active? But on the main page it shows "The latest version of Xposed is currently not active. Did you install the framework and reboot?" Yet I did countless times but when I go into the "Framework" area it shows (app_process "58") Under active.

I have been getting 500 Internal Server error on one of my sites and I've been googling around for some time and it seems for every thread there is, then it is possible that it is cPanel but I dont know so here it comes.
I wanted install a forum software on one of my friends website on my server. I have installed it but all we get is the internal server error.
