I've recently come across some major issues in the creation of my own wiki.

In this article by Bethany Hiitola, author of Inkscape 0.48 Essentials for Web Designers, we will see how you can use Inkscape to create basic design templates that can be used with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), HTML, and HTML5 in the final implementation. CSS are used with the HTML/XML coding to define the look and formatting of an entire website.
Update Manager will not update although I have over 100 updates to do I get a error message like this:
installArchives() failed:

This is an unexpected behavior in Thunar: The templates must reside in the ~/templates folder. The problem is that they must be real files, not symlinks.- If ~/templates is a symlink to another folder (for instance ~/Dropbox/templates).
I can't seem to create templates in Lubuntu. I have a folder in ~ called Templates, which I directly copied from my previous home folder when I installed Lubuntu 12.10, but when I right click in the file manager, in the create new menu, none of my templates are there!
Lubuntu doesn't use nautilus but PCMan File Manager. According to this website, PCManFM has template functionality.
I am in the process of designing the group policies for my organization, and I'm wondering if there is somewhere I can go to look at templates, to see how other people have set theirs up, and even download templates to work off of.
I have installed several templates in cloudstack and I can see them in TEMPLATES module of management. But when I try to add an instance all the templates are missing. Did anyone experienced the same issue in the past?
Thank you
Since I have a requirement to develop a application.
The application must do the following
The application must be able to send SMS.
It should be able to save messages as drafts SMS.
It should also save messages as templates.
No limits should be there for saving templates and drafts.
It should show contacts when send action is clicked.
Please help from where should I start.
The update process no longer works. Here is what I get:
Code:
nstallArchives() failed: Extracting templates from packages: 93%% Extracting templates from packages: 100%%
Preconfiguring packages ...
Extracting templates from packages: 93%% Extracting templates from packages: 100%%
