http://unix.stackexchange.com – I want to create iso image which can be mounted to ext3 partition type. How can I do that ? I am using this command [root@manage upload]# dd if=testParti.txt of=./diskImage.iso 41+1 records in 41+1 records out and then when I try to mount that using the below command /bin/mount -o loop -t ext3 diskImage.iso /tmp/upgrade that gives me the error mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/loop0, or too many mounted file systems (aren't you trying to mount an extended partition, instead of some logical partition inside?) (HowTos)
