I have a requirement to convert rows into columns. data looks like:
and so on..
output shud be like this:
Thanks in advance,
I have a report that is generated in rows and I need to move it to columns. The number of rows per record will always be the same. This will be in a BASH script on Linux, so I would like to use standard tools that are available.
Hi , I want to compare first 3 columns of File A and File B and create a new file File C which will have all rows from File B and will include rows that are present in File A and not in File B based on First 3 column comparison.
I redirected running of my scrip to a file, and I can see it well when I use cat command.
But in the vim or Microsoft word, it is cluttered :rows and columns and the tabs between columns!
and some things like ^[[32m is shown in the file!
Is there any way to convert it correctly?
I need it to show in the windows 7 format file.
