My Verizon contract is up next month and I want to buy a Galaxy Note 2. I want to go off-contract because it works out so much cheaper that way (and I am a commitment phobe :p). I'm overwhelmed by all the different options. Can anyone help?
I am not a heavy phone user. Verizon tells me that my average monthly iPhone usage is 120 voice minutes, 97 texts, and 471 MB data.
My 3 years contract is going to expire soon. I am eligible for an upgrade now. I don't know if I should stay with Rogers and negotiate my next contract.
I am curious to what everyone's contract is right now?
I was on a no contract grandfathered 700 min, 5GB data, Unlimited text family plan with my wife. Was $109 mo. I wanted their truly unlimited data and was told I couldn't get it with my plan. I complained and was sent to customer retention. While I had to agree to a contract I now have 1000 minutes, Unlimited Data, Unlimited text on both phones for $75 month.
So my wife has an ancient iPhone 3G with a nice big crack on the back (better than the front, though, right?) and I have an EVO 4G. Neither of us are on contract and I'm eyeing the new Nexus 4 for both of us and switch us from AT&T (her) and Sprint (me) to T-Mobile.
It’s no secret that all five major U.S. wireless carriers will be getting Samsung’s Galaxy Note II, but they’ve mostly tended to dance around the issue of firm release dates or price points.
Im on a family share plan with unlimited data that is month to month and when we signed the contract my wife's line was main line bc her employer discount was higher than mine. But if I now get a higher employer discount and wanted to make my line the main line, would they try to pull something saying I have to get a whole new family shared data plan now thus voiding out our existing plan?
Hello everyone!
My Sprint contract is up in April. I'm currently living in an area with NO 4G LTE coverage and very poor voice coverage (Saint Clair, MO). From what I have seen, this area might never get 4G LTE coverage. Can I take my Sprint Galaxy Nexus to any prepaid carriers?
I have seen the $30 dollar month to month plan advertised on the walmart.com webiste.
Its $30.00 and you get
100 mins
unlimited text
unlimited web (5gb at 4g speeds, then throttled down)
Plan sounds amazing (i don't really use the phone to talk), Has anyone successfully activated this plan on the nexus 4?
If you live in the UK and are itching for one of HTC’s new beasts, you may want to venture over to your nearest Vodafone store today. The UK mobile carrier has reduced the on-contract prices for both the HTC One X and One S smartphones. The One X smartphone will be available for free on 2-year contracts of £36 or more which gets you a cool 600 minutes, unlimited texts and 1GB of data.
