I have F12 on my laptop and F10 on my HTPC. Both run a Athlon 64-class CPU and supports cpufreq. Both have the cpufreq applet running on GNOME and automatically logs in as a normal user. On F10 I can just go ahead and change the CPU frequency; on F12 it asks me for root.

I have tried to be a responsible user for android, but being responsible can only go so far without asking some questions. So my question is, if there is no privacy policy or link for a terms of service on an application's page of the play store, does the policy still count?
For example: Shadowgun does not have a privacy policy or terms of service for it's game on the play store.
