Hi everyone,I googled this without success so I bother the forum users.I'm currently using the i3 window manager, the problem is: I can't find a way to position conky the way I want.The alignment option seems to be overridden by the wm, except if I use the own_window_type override but with that option conky get's covered by other windows.Here's what I tried so far:1) running co
If I turn on xcompmgr, Terminator windows don't cast drop-shadows for some reason. So I tried cairo-compmgr and Terminator looks fine, but suddenly conky is always on top, even with own_window_hints below. So I changed conky's own_window_type to desktop, and conky looks fine but right-clicking on it now doesn't show the openbox menu.
I ran this code and that is all i got in terminal.

Hey VastOne!Thanks for all the work you put into this, but i have some truble getting it to work too..I allready fixed the symlink thing but now all i can get is "unknown" information in any of the fields added to my conkyi dont think this is because i added it into my already exsisting conky, is it?
