http://forums.fedoraforum.org – Hi all. I am a bit confused I can't seem to find a normal manual to tell me how to do different things in FC11.. Such as is there something that shows me what drivers are being used for my hardware. Like the device manager in windows. I am sure you can tell I am a nub for linux. However I am very experienced with computers. The only thing I don't like about the whole linux idea is the lack of concise answers when someone has a problem. Answers tend to be very vague like it is expected that everyone is already experienced with linux. I am able to figure things out usually by scouring the www for an answer but you would think that since this is the forum for Fedora questions could be explained best here. Maybe I am just ranting. Don't mean to be but I guess I am one of those extremely organized people and it seems very unorganized here. Pretty funny that people that can write entire os systems can't even set up a real help system. I am truly sorry for this seemingly negative post. It isn't mean to be. More of a idea starter for the experienced ones to be a little more precise for us linux nubs. :D Well Thanks for reading this post and I hope I didn't offend anyone. I really do want to know how to find out which driver is being used for my video card as well. I installed the driver for my Nvidia card and I'm not sure if it is still installed or if when I did the updating if I reinstalled the nouveau driver. (HowTos)
