During a call, tapping 'Add call', automatically mutes the current call. I find it very annoying, mostly because usually when I want to add a call it's because I want to make a conference call.
Further more, sometimes I'm asking someone for a friend's number, when starting to type the number I'm muted, and the first one goes "hey, you're writing?".

Here is what happens a lot
We use a VOIP system that allows all of us in the office to get the incoming calls to our cell phones as a call blast
If I want to conference a colleague in the call, its easy since all Androids have conf call
What if I want to transfer the call to a colleague? How do I do that? I tried making a conf call and then dropping myself off but it kicks everyone off
