Hi forums! First of all, this is my first post so sorry if it's in the wrong spot!
Now, down to business.
I found on the app store an emulator for x86 operating systems called Windows, Linux, Unix Emulator. I loaded up my Windows 95 IMG file and when it boots in libSDL it appears to be running on bochs.
I would like to try out webOS (I have heard and seen a lot of good things about it on the web), however I'm not able to purchase a webOS smartphone. And therefore I downloaded the webOS/Palm emulator. But when I try to start the emulator it says that the emulator only works with Virtualbox 3, 3.1 or 3.2. While I had already 4.2 or 4.1 (can't remember) installed.
I have a old MESH PC with a 160GB SATA harddrive, 2.5GB of ram and a 1.5Ghz proccesor (AMD Sempron) I logged into Ubuntu today and it wouldn't let me type in the password, let me click, or just about anything!
I have installed ZSNES (SNES emulator), PCSX (Playstation emulator) Dosemu (DOS emulator), Chromium (web browser) and Virtualbox (runs a guest PC on a normal PC)
PLEASE HELP ME!
I have followed the instructions given in this page to develop the GCM demo app. The application is working fine in the API emulator. How to modify the app such that it runs in the normal Android emulator, or maybe a real device?
I am using the stock browser for both emulator and real device. Some websites have padding in the left and right in the emulator whereas they appear full scale in the device. I thought it could be an issue with the DPI value set in the emulator, but changing that didnt work. Can anyone help me on this?
I have a Samba file share that I can see from a windows machine. The problem is when I create files or folders, only the creator machine can see them. I can create Windows files but cannot see them in Ubuntu. I can create files on Ubuntu but cannot see them in Windows. I am thinking it is some permissions in the smb.conf file but am having issues figuring it out.
I have an old laptop that I wish to make into a dedicated Atari ST emulation machine.
I have an emulator lined up, but I'm having trouble figuring out how to get the machine to boot directly into it.
I don't want a window manager at all, the emulator runs without one.
The emulator that I want to use is Hatari, which works with SDL.
Ideally, I would like the machine to boot directly into
i'm developing a game with HaXe NME, and android 2.2 (SDK 8, the version supported by haxe nme). i have been able to upload the files using adb, i see it in DDMS explorer, and the counter of data of the SD emulator see the occupied space.
