Attached is a TWRP recovery. Haven't tested most of it because my external sdcard is broken. Still trying to get the internal sdcard mounted in the recovery so I can install stuff again.
Ok I've looked everywhere but can't find anything solid to help me.
I installed this

factory reset, put it on sd card, used TWRP to install it and gapps, wiped cache, when I reboot it just loops htc quietly brilliant.
What have I missed out?

Well worth the $. Very fast and easy.
I managed to flash kernel fxp-cm9.img and boot into recovery.
I have to post here because I am new and cannot post in the development section.
