Cloud Services Brokerage: Cloud Sherpas Raises $40M, Buys Integrator

Cloud Sherpas has raised $40 million and made its eighth acquisition to expand its cloud brokerage service. The funding, lead by Greenspring Associates, brings Cloud Sherpas’ total to $62.6 million. Existing investors Columbia Capital and Delta-V Capital joined in the new round.

Amid all the mainstream hype about Windows 8, Surface tablets and Apple iPads, the Google Chromebook strategy quietly marches forward. American-based firm Cloud Sherpas have confirmed they’ve opened a Sydney office to help Australian businesses “go Google”.
