Tried to get a clockworkmod working on my Visual Land 7L. Found a thread that gave me a clockwork recovery that worked with the Visual Land 7 (NOT 7L) but it still installed normally and even booted into it. Volume rocker didn't interact with the recovery so I rebooted. Took the recovery that same recovery and used CWM's Recovery Builder but added touch support.
What Is ClockworkMod Recovery And How To Use It On Android
ClockworkMod also known as Clockwork or CWM is a custom recovery for Android phones and tablets that allows you to perform several advanced recovery, restoration, installation and maintenance operations on your Android device that arent possible with the stock recovery.
this was made using http://builder.clockworkmod.com/
its based off of the official cwm 6.0.1.1(downloaded from the cwm site), when in recovery it says 6.0.1.2(not sure why)
i have tested backup\restore, and fix permissions and they are working great, i have not tested anything else
i used mobile odin to flash it

My friend wiped out my stock rom, and everything in my phone including my clockworkmod recovery. Now my phone is empty with no rom and no clockworkmod to flash a new rom. When i rebooted into Recovery Mode I am faced with "Android system recovery <3e>"(Stock Recovery).
Okay. I bought a old Samsung Infuse and I have to say I love it. But I would like to install clockworkmod recovery. I read that in order to do this however I need to get modded version of Samsung's recovery known as 3emodd. Now I can't find any tutorials on how to flash this recovery. Also there may be a problem with flashing it. My micro usb port on the phone broke.
After upgrading my phone to CM 10 and installing ROM Manager 5.0.2.1 (which
includes Clockworkmod Recovery 6.0.1.2), I had a problem in that nothing could be
installed because the SD card was not being mounted.
There was no way of downgrading Clockworkmod Recovery because nothing would
get installed.
After numerous methods, I solved this by paying for the premium version of ROM Manager.
Hey xda'ers i need help on the clockworkmod recovery on samsung gt 2 7.0... i used odin and it says pass, then i rebooted and tried to go to clockworkmod recovery but it just keeps going to the default android recovery... instead of using "install zip from sd card" from cm recovery, can i just use "apply update from external sd card" from the default recovery?
So I had my phone rooted and everything was fine. And when I tried to flash another Rom onto it my phone got bricked. I fixed it back to stock. I rooted my phone again but I can't seem to get the custom recovery back on it from the "All In One Recovery" thread.
Hi friends of XDA,

problems with creating a simple zip file of the rom to flash with clockworkmod.
