http://forums.fedoraforum.org – hey all. I've been having some problems with my email server these past couple of days. I noticed one day that I wasn't receiving emails, so of course, I googled it. I found that sometimes the spam programs will lock up the services for receiving email. Platform: Fedora 17 (3.3.4-5.fc17.x86_64) Postfix / Dovecot / clamd / amavisd / spamassassin So what I've been doing is a 'sudo system <service> stop/start/restart' for each of the services, but unfortunately, I don't really understand which ones are priority and which ones would be locking up the system. is clamd amavisd o (HowTos)
