Cisco Linksys not working

http://forums.fedoraforum.org – Hello, I have been a long time user of Windows line of OS, but recently after hearing a lot of good things about Linux, I decided to give it a go for myself. So, this morning I installed Fedora 12 i368 on my computer which already had Win XP and 7 running on it. The installation was sucessful and I ran the OS, and was very pleased with its fast boot time and everything. I went to browse the net, and remember I forgot to install my the driver for my Compact Wireless-G USB Network Adapter with Speedbooster from Cisco. So I popped in the cd and... nothing. I tried manually auto-running the cd and it didn't work either. I know that Linux isn't a .exe typer of OS, but does this mean that I won't be able to install the driver for my wireless adapter or is there some other way of doing it.(Sorry I'm new to Linux) Thanks in advance, ~Sx2Kirby (HowTos)
