That's not the right way to fix it. libkactivities.so.6 is now in libkactivities4, which should have been installed as a dependency of kdebase-runtime. Make sure your system is fully up to date.
KDE Frameworks is just a set of libraries (what used to be kdelibs), there's nothing to log into and no application to run. The KDE desktop (plasma) and the applications now have their own independent release schedule.
akonadi_folderarchive_agent doesn't exist anymore in 4.13, its functionality is now provided in kmail itself.
Or rather 'kdesu gparted' since you're using KDE
