Change Apache Configuration via command line.

I have an apache server with 2 sites on it. When I load the IP of the server, it loads up one site, but I'd like it to load the other. I am not running cpanel or plesk, just a basic redhat box with apache and virtual servers.

I can't seem to recall how I can control what configuration to change in order to change where the IP points to when I access it.

Can you help?

I was finally able to duplicate my Magento store and now i'm able to develop in/with git. The Copy is stored in /var/www.dev So i thought i duplicate my apache/site-available/shop to dev.shop in the same folder, change the configuration from ServerName shop.com to dev.shop.com and that should be enought.

I have Apache with mod_fcgid running with several vhost for serving different sites for different domains.

I want to change some php.ini settings, but only for specific vhosts. With mod_php5 I could use a php_value command in the Apache configuration.

But how can I do it with mod_fcgid?

I edit httpd.conf and add Listen 5900 . But xampp control panel status displays port 80 when i restart apache. Why it refuses to change port? Which is the correct syntax to edit the httpd file?

I found somewhere that you can change the settings of GPS based on where you're located. I think this is done in the gps.conf file or so. Is there an APP which can change the location from UK to Canada.
