Im trying to integrate SNMPTT or snmp trap to work with nagios. Or should i say im trying to learn Nagios about traps, to handle traps, so i can be notified immediately. I was following this page for SNMPTT but when i used the "snmptrapd -On" command i have the following error.

I am newly user in Nagios Core 3.5. In my pc, I installed windows 7. And I installed centos 6.4 (64bits) with virtual box. I've tried yum install nagios-plugins but it's only downloading a fraction of a megabyte. Then if I do a search for one of the commands that was supposed to be installed, like check_users nothing comes up.
