We are trying to build some powerful workstations.

I'm going to build a server and would like to know if those parts are good quality and compatible with each other, especially the Motherboard with Chassis.
Also I'm not sure from the official site if the motherboard can support more than 2GBit internet speed.
it says "intel dual gigabit". Can I include other Ethernet cards to achieve for instance 8GBit/sec?
The SuperMicro 3U blade server looks very promising - MicroCloud!
If i configure RAID 1 on the 2 SATA drives in each of the blades, how would that work out in terms of reliability?
Compared to 8 1U servers with hardware RAID, the price difference seems huge - $10K vs $32K - so i would love to try this approach.
Does anyone have first hand knowledge of the quality of this SuperMicro product?
I'm having trouble getting into BIOs Setup from Supermicro IPMI "KVM" - Remote Control Console Redirection. I need to change the boot order to CDROM first. I'm running Windows 2008 server.
After some Googling, it says here that the method is to:
Press TAB to enter Setup screen.
Press Esc twice to take effect.

Putting the server together was easy, and it worked well until we had to install Windows 2012, which isn't supported by the current BIOS, so it required a firmware and BIOS update which is in beta and can only download it when contacting t
I am assembling a custom PC. And here are the components I ordered:
