I am releaseing an application to a client. I created executable in Ubuntu machine and it has higher version of glibc and client has lower version of glibc. So its giving me glibc conflict. So I am trying to create a machine with lower version of glibc(centos 4).
CentOS 6.5 is based on the upstream release EL 6.5 and includes packages from all variants. There are many fundamental changes in this release, compared with the past CentOS 6 releases and we highly recommend everyone study the release notes as well as the upstream technical notes about the changes and how they might impact your installation.
Three day's before my server os got crashed and all data got locked in my server's Hard drive. so for the recovery i connected another hdd as primary and installed Cent Os. and connected crashed drive as secondary drive. and i tried to mount secondary drive but i got failed can any one help me...
I'm not sure if this belongs here, but I really need help on which Cent OS version to download. There's some linux distros that I want to try, but none of the websites are as user friendly as Ubuntu =(
