Alright so I've lost 20 lbs starting back in June. I'm eating healthier, and doing mostly cardio exercise to get the weight off. I'm 5'10" and came down from 201 to 180lbs. I'd like to get down to about 175 then start putting mass back on to about 185.
What are the "skin shrinking"/toning exercises you've found produce the best results with minimal equipment?
I have a love/hate relationship with weight training. I love the after burn and the results after consistent use, but it's just something about not being able to move too quickly or move around when doing some weight training.
I was curious if anyone has used their s health on their gear to track total heart rate when doing cardio at the gym (bike or eliptical) . I was hoping for an option that just tracks your heart rate without tracking position and was thinking that the feature already exists and I'm not seeing it. Let me know, thanks.
I, like many people, have a desk job where I sit down for my whole day at a computer and get no activity at work. How much do other people here who are in the same situation work out every day? I'm at a healthy lean weight and have a good diet but I'm worried about my heart getting enough exercise.
