I updated apache and I installed GD library and FreeType but Captcha does not work.

As far as I know, google has changed it's re-captcha to a new one for google chrome browser. Google URL Shortener uses this kind of captcha.
This re-captcha verify that "We are not robot" automatically only with a single click. But how does it work?

Why can I not use the "Contact", link at the bottom? No captcha appears but when I try to send it tells me that I have "wrong captcha."
I use Google Chrome with various extensions. I have switched off all the extensions. I have tried Chromium.

I have tried to make an account about 1000 times and it says always "wrong captcha solution"... Even I have thought that I have good sight looks like its impossible. Why can't they just make captcha solutions a little bit easier to read!?

I download tar.gz file and extract it in the plugins directory. After that I executed conf.pl script and installed it.
When I try to login, the page display totally blank.
