http://forums.fedoraforum.org – When i try to connect to my web albums in picasa 3 it doesn't connect. it says something about checking my internet connection but it's fine. any one else having this? (HowTos)

I still have Shotwell on my pc but the feature I would miss from picaso is it's ability to create albums and sync them to the picasa web site. I tried every single way. I stopped "Google Photos", "Google+", "Instant Upload" from syncing.. Then deleted all "Gallery" data. Few seconds later, Picasa albums were there AGAIN!!

Since a wekk ago or so, I'm experiencing a problem with my gallery:

It recognizes my picasa web albums (google photos) and updates the number of photos in each if I upload new ones, but there are no thumbnails and can't see any photo if I click on it.

My local albums are displayed fine, but when it comes to web albums, only gray thumbnails are displayed.

Hi all i m using Picasa 3 via Wine Installation and all worked fine now its installed and i want to mail people a link but this doesn t work each time picasa gives me the Login to Google link but there it freezes.... Does nt matter what i do i simply cannot connect to my google account no real errormessage it just hangs at google login

Any suggestions on this as without upload and download option

Hi guys, i was having a clearout of junk using Astro, and I dont know why but now all my picasa photos are missing from the Gallery app. The albums are still there but the folders are now full of blank thumbnails. I went on to my picasa web albums and all the photos are still there, so why cant I see them on my phone anymore?

love my dx but i'm having problems when i try to upload multiple pix to picasa.. no one else seems to be having this problem.

hopefully i can explain intelligently :) i've searched for everything i can think of on the subject.

when i upload pix using the share>>picasa feature, it will upload some and then tell me it's waiting 1 minute to retry.

My contacts seem to have doubled up viz: Picasa Web Albums - Pete Cresswell - Misc.

Thankfully, the dupes do not seem to have penetrated my contact DB (i.e. they only show up when I bring up Phone | Contacts....

I am pretty new with smart phones.I use a Samsung Galaxy Note II.

I want to add photos to facebook albums that I have created earlier and I want to make new albums in facebook. Is this possible from a mobile device?

I have tried the facebook app, Google Chrome and Firefox. I also asked firefox to give "the full desktop site".

Does anyone know why I keep getting this album popping up every time I reboot my phone? It's really annoying.

Also, is there any way to re-load the media scanner without restarting the phone?

And lastly, I somehow have some picasa albums synced to my phone and I can't delete them. I don't even have photos sync option turned on so I'm not sure why they're there.
