Can't Uninstall Anything in Fedora 19

http://forums.fedoraforum.org – I installed the KDE version of 64-bit Fedora 19 from the Live CD onto my laptop. It runs great, with one exception. I can't uninstall ANYTHING. For example, I installed Code::Blocks (with Apper), but later decided I didn't want it. When I tried to uninstall it, it refused to uninstall because it said there were other programs that depended on it. This is untrue. Nothing depended on Code::Blocks. The system was running just fine before I installed Code::Blocks and I hadn't installed anything else after it.
