Can't receive calls but can make them Nexus4

http://androidforums.com – I am posting for my brother who finally got his N4(and the a few days later his micro sim from straight talk). He went through the steps outlined and got everything working except actually receiving calls. He can send and get texts also he can make calls. I am not sure about MMS but SMS works. What he can't do is get calls, if you call it says something like "the number or code you dialed is incorrect.." He has called tech and the weird thing is they can call his number and it will ring, but no one else can it seems. Has anyone had this issue. :confused::(:confused: Stephen (General)

I just upgraded my phone from GB to ICS 4.0.4. I was running Juggernaut ROM before, but I did a backup and factory reset in CWM recovery before installing 4.0.4.

Everything seems to be working well except for outgoing calls in Google Voice. I have my GV set to "Use for all calls." When I make a call, it shows the GV routing number, instead of the number I dialed.

My phone won't allow any outgoing or incoming calls calls. I have full coverage and when I dial it straight away goes "Call Ended" Then when someone tries to call me they get a call rejected.

It can send and receive texts fine.

I recently rooted the phone to unlock it, then unrooted. The problems began then.

I flashed this device to verizon and it worked fine until i ran a program called wifi kill. Idk what the program did but it reverted all of my flash information back to sprint. So i had the flash redone again and now Im having issues.

I can make calls and send texts but i cannot receive the calls. The calling phone gets the ringing tone but the HTC does not ring at all.

I can receive texts, make and receive calls and send and receive MMS texts. I have contacted T-Mobile support but am having problems getting it fixed through them because I have AOKP on my phone and they don't understand it. I am using Google Voice to send texts but I don't really like it and want to use the Android messaging app. When I check the SMSC number it shows "+12063130004",1

Hi all, Last week I upgraded my Note to new LT4 rom.(s). Couple of days later, my Note was unable to make calls. When I try to make call or receive a call, there is no sound neither from earpiece nor from the speaker. If I reboot the phone I sometimes be able to make some calls with a great noise on the background then it stops.

Hi, it happen after i updated my version of CM10.1 couple of days ago, i have 4g and im able to surf the web but im not able to call or receive calls :(, when i go to settings and device status i found out that says my phone number is:000-000-6127 same number for the MIN, any help will be appreciated.;)

When I try to make a call on my Samsung Note N7000 I get a recorded message saying "this is one number you cannot call, go to your corner". Any ideas on how to eliminate this would be great please. Cannot send texts either.

I have an HTC Inspire 4G and its started not making calls or send or receiving texts even with full serivce..... Any help would be appreciated,.

So overall I've been very happy with my launch day Gnex. No real issues to speak of. Verizon 4G has been good to me.

But this afternoon, I made a call (checking voicemail), no problem. This evening, I went to make another call and I can't. It states dialing, but never connects. After maybe 30 sec, it states call ended. I tried calling my number, but it doesn't ring either.
