http://forum.xda-developers.com – Hi guys I kinda stuck here. I tried to Unlock and flash my HTC Desire HD but I think something went really wrong. Here's my actual status: I unlocked my Bootloader using HTCDev to flash the 4EXT Recovery After unlocking in I tried the Ace Advanced Hack Kit (also with a re-locked Bootloader as suggested on the webpage) but it never worked for some reasons all the PD98IMG.zip seem not to be applied on my device, they get parsed by the HBOOT but I never get a "Install?" question ACE PVT SHIP S-ON RL HBOOT-2.00.0029 RADIO-26.14.04.28_M 4EXT Recovery is installed and I can access it (HowTos)

I do not know how but my phone get out from QHSUSB and now I can go to hboot. The problem is there is no ROM when the phone boots. It's stuck on HTC logo. I have unlocked the bootloader with HTCDEV but it is not S-OFF. Hboot is 1.18. When I go to fastboot I can write "fastboot flash....

Well, the title pretty much says it. I changed my HBOOT (did that like a million times before) via a PB99IMG.zip, but afterwards 4ext recovery told me, that it needed to format my /system. But it couldn't. It got stuck. It's been running for like 10 minutes, when I decided to pull my battery, and try again. No joy.

I unlocked my saga via htcdev and installed cwm. I thought that that would be enough to flash a costum rom but now i only see the spashsceen on bootup. I tried flash the boot.img via fastboot manually but that fails (fastboot failed (status malformed (1 bytes))) too.

My stable, always go back to rom is dGB with 65Mb hboot. But when going to any other rom I always have to flash a new hboot and then flash it back when reverting to dGB.
