First of all I like to inform you that I am a new User on Linux administration and I need some help.
I own a CloudLinux web server, and I am faced with a MySQL Slow Queries problem. The problem is that I have several users on my host, that run lot's of slow queries, and this has as a result the MySQL Service termination (I suppose that is termination.

I just added another index to a table in my database but now the site is crashing, queries get locked and not unlocked and queries are not executed (I can see them in the process list and they usually take less than a second to execute but now they are at around 600 seconds and more etc.).
I didn't change anything on my site, just added an index.
Is there any way to see how many queries come into our external DNS server? In looking at DNS providers, most of them base pricing on number of queries per month so I just wanted to see if you had any idea/way of gathering that data? A rough ballpark figure would even work.
log_error = /var/log/mysql/error.log i have commented already.
with slow queries too. But i have one more log file in /var/lib/mysql/hostname.log
with hostname I mean that for example I am on server called hulk so the log will be
hulk.log and so on. In that log are all queries. So the log is growing really fast and also
is really big.
