Can small business broadband providers deal with self-hosted server traffic?

http://serverfault.com – TL;DR: I'm hosting my own server in an office (not optimal, I know), and I have a broadband connection which is expensive and low-bandwidth, but the provider is well-connected to the backbone. Another company offers 10x more bandwith for 10x less money (consumer prices basically), but I'm not sure if they can handle it. OTOH, the server doesn't probably need much: it handles mail for ~7 people in the office and a website with ~100k pageviews/month. Some context: I work for a small magazine publisher (<10 people). We have a server which runs e-mail, a website (~100k page views a month) as (HowTos)
