Facebook filed its IPO last week , which is big news in and of itself. However, what struck me most was the letter from Mark Zuckerberg to potential investors that puts an exclamation point on something that the Linux community has been practicing for years: first - don't do it for the money, second maintain the hacker way. And, the money follows.
I just came across a good app idea but my lack of knowledge and skill to actually make it happen are 0.
I'm not a software engineer, but im scared to share it because of people trying to steal my idea.

A few people on the IRC think this would be a good idea and I personally loved the CLI apps in #! 9.04 as I use CLI apps most of the time anyway. So the community think it would be a good idea to start a poll and see if there is enough interest.

I am creating this thread to enable people to post ideas about how current phones can be improved. Given enough time with ideas from many people, we could inevitably get ideas into names and specs for future phones!
