Hey guys, there are lots of threads out there which have motorola atrix bootloader unlock guides, but it is starting to get very confusing bc some instructions don't apply to some phones: I am a noob so can someone plz explain to me how to unlock my atrix bootloader and what are the prerequistes....
Motorola confirmed tonight, in a series of tweets, that the Atrix HD will indeed have a locked and signed bootloader. This means that altering the kernel on the Atrix HD will not be possible, limiting the customization possibilities of the phone. In other words, no custom ROMs.
Motorola Atrix 2 owners are rejoicing today because AT&T started rolling out the Ice Cream Sandwich update. We were expecting this but there is no doubt Atrix 2 owners will be happy to ditch Gingerbread. This update brings ICS favorites like Face Unlock, swipe away notifications and tabbed browsing.
Hello, I'm currently using a Motorola Defy, but I need a phone with a bigger screen, so I can edit documents, like word, excel, etc...reading PDF documents, browse on the web a little bit more comfortable, not gaming since I don't play a lot on the phone; that being said, would you recommed a Motorola Atrix HD to me?
Motorola Atrix 2 getting Ice Cream Sandwich OTA update in India
Motorola has started rolling out the Android 4.0 update for Atrix 2 users in India on 9/10/2012. The update is available over-the-air and via company’s update program.
Dubbed as version 672.1.18.MB865.AsiaRetail.EN.03, the update is 257MB in size.
When I first saw the Motorola Atrix HD’s landing page which revealed its full specs, I was mildly surprised to see no mention of a lapdock accessory.
Motorola atrix hd is definitely the best bang for buck.....if we get the loader unlocked it will be the least expensive most powerful device!.....plus is gorgeous!.....get ridda those one x's gx3s and get the hd.
I do not work for motorola or att or any such retailer....just an Android fanatic.....i speak on my own behalf....though any follower will not be disappointed!

Hi there!
I'm new here so I wanted to say hi and pose you the question: which one is better? an old high-end smartphone like the Motorola Atrix 4G or a new mid-range like the LG Optimus L7 or the Sony Xperia U? All of them being the same price?
