Can I install citrix xenserver on an existing Ubuntu 12.04 server?

http://superuser.com – currently I am using Ubuntu 12.04LTS running samba as a fileserver for Windows and Mac machines. The performance is great and the server has lots of spare capacity. So I want to throw a few vm's on it (to run some simple tasks in a windows vm). I looked into a few options but I like xenserver with xencenter to remote manage it (the server is headless). The problem I ran into is that the samba is mounted on a few disks running ext4, but xenserver uses some vm disk on LVM. If I move the Ubuntu/samba to a vm, I can't just plug and play those disks running ext4. And I really don't want to conve (HowTos)
