O/S: Windows Server 2003. IIS 6.0. There is no SQL-Server.
I'm looking for filtering all events that have this Exception message: "Connection request timed out". Would it be possible?

I know how to check if the net is on or off, but I wonder if just catch the exception is fine too.
For example, in this piece of code I try to do a GET. If there is connection and the server is working then the method return true. If there is no connection (or the server is down, or whatever) the exception is thrown and returns false.
Today I tried to log in on my OWA (Outlook Web Access) account, and I get following error. I tried to initiate Remote Desktop Connection to restart services, but I couldn't (I got black screen), and only thing I could do was to physically reset my server. This happens every 20 days, and I don't know why!
