we have recently set up a windows 2008 R2 Server with Exchange 2010.
Now one of our admins was advised to install MS Dynamics 2011 on that server as well.
It seemed to work as we can access the CRM stuff.
I need to run a small .NET 2.0 based application on a Windows Server 2003 based server.
I have successfully installed .NET 2.0.50727 from here and rebooted the server.
When I launch the application it is as though I never tried to - no error dialogs, just silent death.
I am getting following error on couple of my 2008 R2 servers.
I get this error (event 36887 schannel The following fatal alert was received: 10.) on my Exchange Server 2010, running on Windows Server 2008 x64 Enterprise.

I need to retrieve the event logs from an XP embedded machine which doesn't have the Event Viewer, to an XP pro machine with the Event Viewer and then view the logs.
Whenever I move an event log it seems to become corrupted and I get the message "Unable to complete the operation on SysEvent.evt.
Every time I restart my server (Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise) the following DCHP events appear with the ID 10020 in my event log.
Yesterday i just finished installing a file server running Windows 2008 to our company.

Every time a windows box synchronizes its time to an NTP server, the NTP client logs two entries with event Id of 4616 into windows' event log and since I've setup my server to sync the time every 60 seconds, this is quite an un-necessary loud noisy behavior to me.
It's been like two days now that I'm trying to turn this bugger off and I've tried the following with no success:
regedit.exe: the
