I have had my S4 for about two months now, but the past couple days the battery has been draining incredibly fast. Tonight it went from 33% to 20% battery in the span of an hour, without any apps or the screen on. I have pulled the battery, left it out for a few minutes, and put it back in. Sunday that seemed to slow the drain, but today it did no good.
I recently purchased a galaxy s3 lte with the extended 3000mah battery. I have found the battery drain to be unusually high. it is draining at around 3% an hour. I am on the sentinel ROM. I changed to the normal slim battery and it also seemed to be draining at a similar rate.

Flipboard is draining my battery and data and I have no idea how to disable it. I am running stock touchwiz. In the 20 min space driving to work battery went from 100% to 83%. I have uninstalled all updates and force closed the app, however there is no way to actually disable it. I cannot find the settings in the app also.
The battery life on my current SGS4 isn't very good. I put it on charge before bed then wake up in the morning to find it at 85%. Furthermore, my phone battery is just overall draining. Around 1-2% of battery is draining every second. My brothers got a note 3 and the battery life on that is FANTASTIC. 20 hours straight and it's still only on 85%.
I charge my Samsung Glaaxy S4 overnight and the battery usually lasts me the whole day, with about 10% spare when I go to bed at night again. Today, my battery has died extremely quickly with no additional use being made of the phone. Nothing is different from any other day.
