The camera on the Nexus 5 has stopped working. Coming from a reboot, I can open the camera app, see the camera is working, but as soon as I click to take a picture (or video), the app crashes (tried native and Play Store camera apps), which I then have to force close, then when I reopen the camera I get the error "Can't connect to camera".
the camera stopped working, but after a while, i can use snapchat to take pics, but i can't use other camera apps at all. then if i tried to use google camera app, even though i will see a black screen, then snapchat can't use the camera either.
i can stop all those apps, but it won't change a thing.
Okay so I've searched all over Google and asked around threads but could not get an answer. So I'm hoping someone can come in here and help me this. I recently switched from the ATT MIUI ROM to the new 4.2.2 ROM and the one thing I noticed about the camera was that it wasn't as good as the MIUI camera. Specifically the video recorder. CM records in DVD and the MIUI recorded in HD+.
Ok I have a question about a third party camera app I seem to be having an issue with. I never noticed it till now. I am using the Camera Zoom fx (piad version). I noticed that you can switch from that app and the video recorder, but I barely use the video recorder which is part of the stock camera app.
Random question. I got an htc one, and love it, but not sure I love the camera. I take a lot of outdoor pics of dogs, or out hiking and stuff. One thing I was wondering, is how well the htc one camera works with third party camera apps?
