I am very familiar with computers, but Iam TOTALLY new to Android tablets and Id like to know how to setup a D2 Pad 4 GB Tablet for reading e-books. My questions may look a bit dumm, but bear with me
For the moment, I have installed Calibre on my Windows 7 desktop and I have a folder with d/loaded e-books, some of which I have transferred to Calibre.
I have all my books on Calibre and I was just wondering if it's possible to transfer any books from Calibre to a tablet? Is there a way to do it straight from Calibre or would I need something like dropbox?
Opinions on the best or the top best ebook reading apps?
The Calibre eBook reader, editor, and library management software has been upgraded to version 1.45 and comes with even more eBook editing features. Calibre is mostly used as an eBook converter and reader, but the developer added the option to edit books just a few months ago.
Calibre is the best software to manage your ebooks and to convert them from one format into another, but it lacked any real integration with the operating system. This can now be changed with the Unity Calibre Scope, in Ubuntu 13.10.

Just switched to Moon Reader because I like that it's customizable. I copied my folders from calibre onto my sd card and everything was imported okay except that I noticed that on some books, the cover is wrong. For example, one of my Nora Roberts books as the cover in Spanish. It's not the way in Calibre.
