I've installed GStreamer plugins for Fedora 14 using yum. However, when running a qt-phonon application with the GStreamer backend, I get the error
"Warning: You do not seem to have the base GStreamer plugins installed.
All audio and video support has been disabled"
Is there a good baseline test to determine if this is a Phonon problem?
GStreamer is now ported on Symbian platform. The GStreamer core version ported is v10.0.19.
It works with the S60 SDK versions 3.2 and 5.0. It has been tested with the Nokia 5800
XpressMusic and N78 phone models.
The initial package contains:

The GStreamer team announces new releases of the GStreamer core module, the gst-plugins-base module, and the gst-plugins-good module for the 0.10 GStreamer stable release series.
These follow-up releases fix a number of regressions that were discovered
after the previous releases.
(Note that there never was an official Good Plugins 0.10.20 release, it was skipped.)
