BSD Jails can't be joined by external host

http://serverfault.com – I have some difficulties to start 2 jails on the same host. When the first jail is running, i can access this jail by ssh and http (this jail running nginx). But when i start the second jails, i lost first jail connection and i can't join the jail from ext. and i have a message like arp: xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx attempts to modify permanent entry for 192.168.1.67 on em0 how i can have 2 or mort jails with different IP. (host: 192.168.1.65, jail01: 192.168.1.66, jail02: 192.168.1.67, ...) ie: root@bsd-9> /etc/rc.d/jail start romulus root@bsd-9> /etc/rc.d/jail start remus user@ext-linux (HowTos)
