http://androidforums.com – Ok so i had my phone rooted useing the htc dev methoed. It has been rooted for a little bit now and havent run into any problems till a few min ago... I downloaded a game off of the google play store and now when my phone locks and when i restart my phone (by way of pulling the battey) all that happens is I get a nice view of my wall paper and the status bar at the top of the screen. I tried to even reset my phone to factory settings and the boot loader wont let me, as in it wont even give me the option. can any one help me? :confused: (General)

I have rooted my phone. I had downloaded LINK2SD application from Google Play. I have deleted all unwanted space consuming pre-loaded applications.

One of them was "Samsung Account". The phone was all fine untill yesterday. One of my friend accidentally put "Factory Reset".

Well I rooted my phone because it sounded cool and I wanted to play around with the phone. I rooted it, everything was fine until I downloaded an app. I downloaded it and reset the phone. Then it happened :(.

I JUST got this phone about... 3 weeks ago? The phone isnt rooted or anything but the screen lights up over and over again, I tryed killing tasks and I don't have a live wall paper or anything, it also reboots and freezes a lot! It reboots in the middle of phone calls and texts! It'll freeze up at random times.

Hey guys,

Phone is rooted/bootloader is unlocked

I was using some batch file to push files into the phone via recovery which i downloaded from a user from this site.

Then i choose option to Restart the bootloader by accident and then phone just went off!

Pulled battery many times >> Hold on ON button for 10 seconds or longer still no go

Plug phone to charger and no battery cha

Activating Rooted Phone 1 day 30 min ago

Hello everyone, I have a problem. I bought a rooted Evo with the 4 Kornerz (4.1.2v) Rom. I tried to activate the phone and Sprint told me that they can't activate rooted phones. Does anyone know how to activate a rooted phone? Is there a way to temporarily unroot the phone? Do I have to go back to stock? He used Revolutionary and the boot key to root the phone it was a 2.3.3v.

I am new to the android rooted phone scene. I just got a rooted attain 4g for metropcs. Everything works fine, internet, text, web, mms, but I have no google play app. I am not sure what the deal is, I have set up my google gmail account on the phone under accounts and sync and the gmail app as well.

We have 2 Optimus V's. One is rooted (rooted only, did not change ROM), and the other is not. The rooted phone was rooted several months ago and has been working fine. Now, telephone and text works, but everything else does not connect. Mobile data is on and 3G is at top of screen with 3 or 4 bars of signal. When I go to email, it stays on loading.
