Hi, mam problem z moim Nexus 7. I installed Clemsyn's Elite Kernel, and system has stopped working.Android does not start, it shows only the Nexus logo. I do not have a system backup and do not know how to fix it now tablet.
Please help me. I'll send a beer (paypal) :)
One of the biggest advantages of owning an Android device is having the ability to customize not only the interface, but the system settings itself. Part of that includes flashing a custom kernel, which can bring all sorts of enhancements to a variety of levels. Such settings include specifying voltages, underclock or overclock speeds of the CPU, custom color settings.

Can anyone help,, I've got the elite kernel on my Nexus 7 and tried to over clock it to 1600 but it keeps reseting, to the standard 1300...any suggestions..??
I used this boot animation on my Nexus S and would love to use it on my N4. Will this work?

[BOOTANIMATION] Google Gears boot animation for Nexus S OEM Unlock
[ NEXUS⁴ / VANILLA ROOTBOX / APEX PRO / TAPATALK ]
This will most likely seem like a noob question, but I can't just take the bootanimation.zip from a nexus 4 and manually install it on my phone, correct? I'd love to have the nexus 4 boot ani on my phone but can't find one specific to the S3.
Thanks in advance,

It seems I have bricked my Nexus 7 16gb wifi by installing fotakill.apk.
The first reboot it looked like it had just hung on the boot ( the coloured cross ). After a few minutes the screen would show snow/distortion etc.
I can get to ClockWorkMod Recovery v6.0.1.0 but thats it. I have since erase user and system data etc trying to fully brick it.
I've flashed trinity kernel.and later flashed motley kernel but I still get the trinity boot animation when I power my nexus 7.
What should I do?hoping for a positive feedback :)
Hello everyone,
I have a pretty major problem. I flashed the minimalist kernel and made a backup beforehand. I've flashed tons of kernels on the verizon nexus as well as my previous droid and never had any kind of problems like this.
After the install was completed it got stuck in a boot loop. Well I assume it was a boot loop.
I am getting a Galaxy Nexus tomorrow in a trade. My S3 for a Galaxy Nexus 32GB plus $90 cash. It's the Verizon i515 model. I was thinking about rooting it when I got it. I also have some questions about it, though.
1) I heard from a friend that has the Galaxy Nexus Sprint model, and he said I have to unlock the phone before rooting it.
