Hi everyoneI've got a bridge up and running between my eth0 and eth1 interfaces and it's all working fine. Here are the relevant network startup scripts:/etc/sys... [by uberrich]
i created a network bridge and added two physical interfaces to it using the command line. i'm trying to build a ifcfg file that will be used to configure the bridge during startup. right now i have an ifcfg-br0 file with the bridge, and one for each physical device. upon startup i confirmed that br0 exists using "brctl show", but it doesn't have any interfaces attached to it.
I've attempted to create an ethernet bridge on my raspberry Pi using a usb to ethernet adaptor and the built in adaptor. i've managed to get this to work fine when manually typing in the command on boot, but when i scripted it in /etc/network/interfaces it works for a few seconds during the boot process then suddenly stops working.
