Bluetooth mouse never reconnects, must reassociate

http://forums.fedoraforum.org – I'm running an up-to-date Fedora 18 with GNOME Shell. I recently purchased a bluetooth mouse (Microsoft Wedge Mouse). It worked perfectly out of the box - I used "Set Up a New Device" from the Bluetooth menu and that was it! All mouse features work, including touch scrolling. That is, until the mouse disconnects or I suspend or shut down my laptop. Once either of those things happens, the device refuses to reconnect. The "connection" toggle for the device in the bluetooth menu stays solidly "off". Trying to toggle it on does nothing, the toggle flips back to Of (HowTos)
