I have noticed that if I change the icon theme using lxappearance some applications don't reflect this change while others do. For example, Iceweasel will use the theme's icon, as will abiword or gedit, but emacs and terminator will not. I have tried numerous themes, and checked to make sure there was an icon provided for the apps, and this same result occurs.
Due to all the Blackout fuss, I started digging around and noticed that cm7.2 nighlies have been updated quite frequently lately. The current one is cm-7-20120923-NIGHTLY-ace.zip which was uploaded a few days ago..

How can i change the system icon for maya?
Because i now have a default window icon for maya and I want to change that for a custom icon.
It does not work changing the desktop icon or menu icon or launcher icon because it's not connected with the system icon.
Hi folks, this is the first thread I open in this forum. I was just wondering if there's a simple way to change the icon set, beyond installing a bunch like faenza for instance, which would mainly change things in the file explorer, the chrome icon and nothing more. What I want is to try to give the system a whole look with a good icon set (terminal, browsers, files, systray, etc.).
Hello from a new waldorf user :DI've switched from ubuntu to #! because ei felt ubuntu was a bit too bloated and my pc was underperforming... so far waldorf works as expected, i just had to follow debian's guides on how to get wifi and nvidia to work, now i'm happy with it, and i just have a couple of questions: 1. the sound icon in the topbar is not present.
