Security software vendor BitDefender has diversified into the Mac market. Like some other suppliers, it is offering the choice of a dual-protection pack for customers using Windows as well as Mac OS X on one system.
Bitdefender has their programs in (.run) files. So I went into the installation files properties, check the box to have it execute like a program and open it in terminal. It seems to work as terminal comes up with bitdefender EUL terms but then you are supposed to type "accept" and hit enter.
