I'm using Xubuntu 13.04 with xfce 4.10. I'm trying to entirely replace xfce 4.10 (not uninstall, but replace) with awesome.
Hello. I am using awesome for a while now and I decided to change gdm to something lighter. I wanted to try slim, but always I select awesome, gnome starts instead.
steps to reproduce:
$ yum install awesome slim
$ sudo slim-dynwm
$ sudo service gdm stop
$ sudo service slim start
