Hi
I've posted this before but didn't have good screen shot.
This is with only 1.5 odd hours of music consider im @ 11 %.
Hi,
I've had the Galaxy player for a few months now, and I'm generally very happy with it. Although I get pretty decent battery life out of it, I'd say normally about five to ten days of idle time with roughly six hours of screen on time and about as much wi-fi on time, with maybe an additional three hours as a music player, one issue relating to battery drain appears to be constant.
Hello,
I recently purchased a galaxy s3 lte with the extended 3000mah battery. I have found the battery drain to be unusually high. it is draining at around 3% an hour. I am on the sentinel ROM. I changed to the normal slim battery and it also seemed to be draining at a similar rate.
hi everyone, recently i discovered huge battery drain on my note. when i fully charge it the battery drops from 100 to 80 percent in about 9 hours of standby. in order to find the culprit i installed better battery stats and let it run over night.
Hello,
I started using CM9.m then I've found out about Kernel, and discovered Hydracore, a great kernel BTW, but I've realized that it had some battery issues:
1. It heats a LOT and it's the STD version, no OC;
2. While I'm using it, the screen is on, the battey just DRAIN, like in 3 hours I'm totally discharged;
3.
I think I have nailed it. I can now get my phone to do 27 hours of standby time at will. That's after having light battery drain, followed by a huge one, back to light and so on... So I've been where you are.
And here is the thing... Task manager and application manager are trash. They will not show you all running apps which in my opinion is highly misleading.
Hi folks,
I updated to the official Jelly Bean build on Three in the Uk yesterday. When I first got my phone on ICS I played around checking wakelocks etc and managed to get everything set up so battery drain in standby was around 0.5 % per hour so 3 or 4% drop over night (if not plugged in of course).
Before 3 days i bought samsung nexus i9020.
i let battery to drain at end and i charge full with extra hours.
first day after charge i used cellphone over internet and other programs in the end of battery about 10 hours and i make second charge with extra hours.
after second charge my battery going to end for 4-5 hours without using internet , programs.
I had a major battery drain so I followed the advice given on another thread and did a factory reset as they said the OTA update may have been the issue. Now my battery drain is fixed but am I now stuck with having android 4.1.1 or can I try updating it again to 4.1.2. A lot of features I liked are no longer available in this version.
