http://forum.xda-developers.com – hi, I've flashed CM9 stable on my girlfriend's Galaxy with CF-Root 4.4 kernel. Everything works fine but now the battery never charges at 100%, no matter how much time the device remain connected to the wall plug, it reaches max 50-60% also if the phone is switched off. Tried to: wipe battery stats use battery calibration app from market switched kernel to the latest semaphore nothing worked. the battery works fine since it reaches 100% if charged in any other SGS thanks! Recently, I dropped my Galaxy Nexus (which is running stock with the latest GB update) from the couch. The phone seemed fine except everything related to the battery has gone nuts. I've rebooted, drained and fully charged the phone, etc, etc. I have not reset to factory however.

Here's what I'm seeing: 1. When I connect the charger to it, it sometimes wont charge.

I'm using latest XWLPX firmware and it have been working fine and now suddenly the battery icon keeps flashing, I can't see any battery stats, the battery percentage dont go down and when I reboot my phone it drops from 80% to less than 20%.

I recently flashed CM 10, the stable version, and am loving it so far. The only issue is an odd one. When I turn my phone off and charge it, it will only charge 20%, not a % more. It could be at 40, and when I wake up and turn it on, it's at 60. The battery icon while the phone is off shows that it's fully charged, but it's not.

I have a problem with charging the battery htc wildfire s in practice, it charges up to 81% and never reaches 100% even on charge for 24 hours! I have tried everything, soft reset, wipe battery stats, new battery, new charger .. nothing works ... even if the restored backup does not work! But I think that if I reinstall the original stock rom I could fix ... can you help me ...

Hi. I used Battery Calibration from google play exactly as instructed. Since then, my battery is charging REALLY slow, or not at all. When I use my fully charged galaxy after its charged overnight(connected to a charger) it shows 100%, and when I disconnect it, the battery drops... To lets say 92%. What can I do to fix this? Thanks in advance.

Will flashing a ROM with less than 100% battery harm anything?

My wife's phone is still having issues with the NEWsense rom after getting a new battery from sprint. I flashed NEWsense while the phone was charging, at the time of the flash it was at roughly 45%.

i have some doubts about

1) I'm way confusing that how can we increse battery life.. by wiping the battery stats in recovery menu.. actually what it will do by wiping battery stats in dat menu.

2) if we wipe battery stats then what it will wipe .bin file..

I use battery monitor widget pro and battery calibration to get my extended battery calibrated for new roms and kernels. It works fine for a few cycles, but after the third or fourth cycle, my total mAh measurements go all out of proportion. I have a 3500 mAh extended battery and have the phone registering that it IS an extended battery. The issue im having is that it will only measure 1400 mAh.

Hello. I bought a HTC one X in China and send it to my GF who's in UK. But she constantly get charging problems.

The problem is like this: 1) Can't charge at all using AC adapter if the battery is not empty. The battery bar just keep decreasing no matter whether you pluged the power line or not. (Faster with the line pluged).
