Looking for a safe url to download yumi. Cannot find the original site where I got my first download. Found a site today and it corrupted my machine. Turned my windows 7 into an unauthorized copy. Guidance sought.
I usually download using IDM and all of my downloads are direct links. I had an old computer before and I used to download from certain sites without no problem. Other users don't have any problems too. But recently I use a new computer and I use the same program to download from the same sites.
I like the way the yumi http://www.pendriveapps.com/yumi-multiboot-live-usb-creator/ make the multiboot flash. can i deal in Linux the same task as easy as yumi does in windows? With yumi i just browse to selected iso i.e. DVDwindows.iso and i get the multiboot flash drive ready in few moments.
I want to modify the boot loader image on YUMI. I'm not sure if it's lilo or grub for the boot manager. I poked around looking for a *.png or something similar, but haven't found anything. If someone can point me in the right direction, I very much appreciate it.
Hello, i'm looking at purchasing windows 8.1 by download from the Windows site, but i hope to upgrade in the near future. So is the windows 8 from the windows site an OEM version or retail version? in particular, is it attached to the mobo like Win 7 OEM and therefore invalidate my windows key for my next upgrade?
Also, if i download from the windows site can i still do a clean install?
