I had to replace a disk in my raid-1 and unfortunately, the rebuild didn't work. I have a backup of the system, so I set up a new raid.
The system partition is an image (with partimage), I have a /home partition for the data, and a swap-partition.
I used a Live-CD and created three partitions in (almost) the same size as the old ones.
So, I used ODIN to flash CWM and got to the recovery menu. The first thing I notice is that it can't access certain stuff (system partition, for one), but I still kept going.
The only thing I tried was to do a backup with CWM, and it start as it does a boot and recovery .img backup, but once it tries to do a system backup it gets to the same problem about not being able to mount it.
Hi guys! Today I wanted to get back to my JB nand backup, but the only thing I get is a black screen.
I've made a backup this way:
1) Unlocked bootloader
2) flashed nexusrecovery
3) Made a backup
Now I try to get back to JB backup. so I do next steps:
1) Restore backup in nexus recovery (OK)
2) Install stock recovery
4) Black screen
I'm having an issue with LVM on an external USB drive. When booting, the system drops into a recovery console if the external drive is not powered on because it cannot find the volume group and members.
Hey guys So I was using the Xenon HD 2.0 ROM before and then I decided to flash CM 10 (Made a NAndroid Backup though)
Backed up my Apps and all the System Data by Titanium Backup.
CM 10 flashed PERFECTLY. Everything was working. I restored the data, it asked be to Reboot the phone and so I did.
But now the phone is stuck on the CM boot screen (BOOTLOOP).
No Recovery Mode.
My phone was just downloading a file and now it won't boot past the green HTC logo white screen. The last rom I was using was one of mikroms. I have tried to restore from a backup as well as flashing a new from via recovery. I get an error during installing boot.img- I even get errors when recovery boots up. I posted images of my hbootand recovery.
