Hello, i'm doing my first Linux esperiments using BackBox from usb key but i've a strange problem.
The connection is slow and sometimes it goes off for some minutes.. Then it go up.. ADSL is ok and works well in Windows 7 installation
I hope anyone can help me

hi. i am interested in using a penetration testing distribution possibly backtrack backbox or such. the current driver i am using is r8712u and it is a wifi usb dongle device. i have heard that certain drivers are known to have problems and I will be using it as an amateur I don't know much about wireless security etc.
